Generator charges INR500/hour (during power cut)

Catering service/Room/Community hall for musical functions/Lawn can be availed by paying
additional charges.

For corporate events, parties, birthdays, gatherings, or rice eating ceremonies, the booking amount is non-refundable. However, the event date can be rescheduled within one year from the booking date, subject to venue availability. Please note that wedding bookings are non-refundable, and the wedding date cannot be changed under any circumstances. We strongly advise careful selection of your wedding date, as it is strictly limited according to religious guidelines.
30% of the whole amount needs to be paid in advance for booking on the site, which is non-refund able in any condition. We’ll adjust the refundable amount for your next booking with us within 2 years.
If cancelled after booking any time before 60 days from the date of the function, 10% of the hall charges will be deducted.

Prior to confirmation, please check the details of the booking like Date of Booking, Hall required, Advance Amount paid etc.
All the requirements for the event, including menu, seating arrangements, floral arrangements, and the requirement of audio/visual equipment should be finalized at least 15 working days prior to the function unless the function itself is booked at a shorter notice.
Any bills paid by cash must be settled with the concerned manager and an official receipt duly obtained.
If delayed in finalizing the set-up requirement or menu the management can set up chef choice menu and other requirements as well.
The Function Prospectus containing complete details of the function should be signed off at least 15 working days prior to the commencement of the event by the Client and the management. Any amendment made prior to 15 working days of the arrival/event date will attract amendment/retention charges.
Any damage to the resort property, during the function, will have to be borne by the member and the same will be recovered along with the final bill.
Management will not be responsible for any subsequent changes in government policy/tax structure/rules and regulation which may have bearing on the terms condition of our agreement.
All areas inside the resort, being a public place, is “No Smoking Zone”, smoking is only allowed in smoking area only.
Guests are requested to maintain decorum of Blessing’s premises.

We value our guests and take all possible action to keep our resort secure and safe by installing security cameras at various places and appointing security persons in premises.
Still it is impossible for hall staff to be aware of who is a genuine guest at a function and who isn’t. All your belongings, valuables and cash should be safely locked in the lockers provided.
Management is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from theft or misplacement of cash and valuables.
You are responsible for providing room locks for the private rooms made available to you during a function and for ensuring that the room is safely locked when unoccupied.
